- What I Think/Feel So Far:
- Holy smokes! This book was one hell of a ride. So many things happened. I cried, I laughed, I lusted, I may have even lost my mind a time or two. However, it was such a good book. We finally get to find out Alina's true killer. Mac discovers who/what she really is. We learn as much about the truth as we possibly can. Things change, a lot. We really do get a nice wrap up with a ton of things in this book. Which is why I can see how this could've been an "ending" book. I believe it was supposed to be. Yet, I could also see the openings she left to be able to expand upon. That is what I'm excited for. More story. More shit going down! I almost jumped right into the sixth book "Iced" but I figured I should probably finish this post before starting the next and not having this one fresh in my mind while writing about it. Plus I seem to go through the books faster than I can get the weekly post up. Anyhow, I was really pleased with this book. There were a few things that totally caught me off guard and a few I was expecting. I wont tell you which! I want you to read this book! Read this series. It took me a little while to get into the first book because I knew it had to do with the Fae. Even though I have nothing against stories about them, it took me some time to get into the idea. I've read a few books with Fae in them but not necessarily about them. However, it was sooo good! Do yourself a favor and get the first book in this series. You will thank me later. As I am currently thanking my friend Julie for 1. Getting me back into reading and 2. Introducing me into this intense story!
