What I'm reading:

• Author: Karen Marie Moning
• Series: Fever/The Dani O'Malley Trilogy
• Book #: 6/1
• Pages Total: 512
• Pages Read: 512
• Main Characters: Dani "Mega" O'Malley
• Secondary/Other Important Characters: Christian, Ryodan, Dancer.
• What I Think/Feel So Far: Personally, this book was a little harder for me to get through. Not necessarily because it wasn't good. More so because of the fact that it read closer to a YA novel versus and adult novel. Which normally is fine. I love YA books. However, when you get 5 books down in a series that is very much adult, you're sort of thrown through a loop when all of the sudden the book feels younger. This really wasn't a bad book. There was a lot of investigations and had a whodunnit kind of feel to it. My only real issue with this story was that the "Big Bad" was introduced and killed without really any background to him. I have no idea where he truly originated, no idea what it truly wanted, and now its dead. Although, another spook was released in this book that I'm really looking forward to reading about. I hope its in the next book Burned. All in all, this book was decent and obviously necessary to move forward in the story. I'm excited to get back to Mac & Barrons!
